    Description

    This vintage eye catching Couture Designer Outfit is sooooo fabulous !!!! Designed by renowned MONARCH NEW YORK -
    A beautiful navy blue ( almost black) ribbed silk faille fabric with gorgeous silk satin bow accents. Figure appreciative detailed jacket. Deep back full kick pleat in skirt back that is outlined with a silk satin bow !  Fitted yet tailored for total class !   Ultra designed.  Total Total GLAM !   A gorgeous, gorgeous classic !
    The stylish jacket measures 20 1/2" long, 16" across the shoulders, 20" long sleeves,   38/40" bust,    31" waist.  Beautifully made, completely lined with  tag MONARCH NEW YORK as shown.  Closes with buttons and a hidden snap center front.
    The skirt measures 30 1/2" long,   29" waist and  42" hips. Partial lining. Closes with a working side zipper and hidden hooks.
    Excellent vintage condition. Does not show wear.
