VINTAGE 1950s PIERRE CARDIN SILK BLEND GOLDEN WHEAT BROCADE SKIRT & JACKET SUIT FULLY LINED
Up for auction is this simply stunning vintage 1950s silk blend brocade skirt & jacket suit from Pierre Cardin.  Just look at the pictures and see how beautiful this skirt suit is.  This skirt suit was made in France of a luxurious 55% silk & 45% linen blend brocade fabric.  This brocade fabric has an eye catching golden color that could be called golden wheat.  The fabric has a light sheen and stylish lightly raised spots throughout.  THE JACKET is fully lined and closes in front with large brocade fabric covered buttons.  THE SKIRT is also fully lined and has short pleats in the front and back.  There is a zipper closure in the back.  As the pictures demonstrate this gorgeous skirt suit is in excellent vintage condition and ready to wear!!!  It likely was worn once or twice back in the day.
There is no size tag on this suit. . . perhaps it was custom made.
