Super rare, super amazing pant suit from cult designer PENDLETON. This 100% wool tartan plaid suit is just the right hues of red and green with wonderful sartorial details. Simply STUNNING!
**********NOTE: Size 12 on the tag, but that is vintage sizing which is smaller than today's sizing. Measurements put it in the range of 8/10. GO BY MEASUREMENTS.**********
Jacket features a 3-button closure, wide notched collar, patch pockets, slight waist shaping, bust darts, princess seaming, acetate lining, and just looked at the curved collar in the back with the plaid that lines up!
High-waisted flat front pants have an 8" side zipper, straight legs, and are lined with cotton.
NOTE: There are two small holes. One on the left front pant leg near the hem. Another on the left front sleeve near the cuff. See last two photos. I can repair these holes as best I can with matching thread if you'd like.

Jacket
Bust measured across the back from armpit seam to armpit seam = 19" across x 2 = 38" around
Sleeve measured on underside inseam from armpit to bottom of sleeve hem = 17" long
Length measured along back from nape of neck to bottom of hem = 27" long
Pants
Waist = 13" across x 2 = 26" around
Hips = 18" across x 2 = 36" around
Rise = 12"
Inseam = 20.5"
