Vintage My Latest Leslie Fay Floral Pants Suit - Small 60's, 70's

This is my mom's, from the 60's or 70's.
Smoke-free, pet friendly home (through the years).
Guessing it hasn't been worn in 35-40+ years.
I do not see any stains or other types of defects (tears).
She is 5'4" and probably a size 4 back then, smaller chested (B)

Tie string at bottom of shirt.
Elastic at wrists, measures 6.5", elastic is in excellent shape.
PANTS:
Waist: 27"
Inseam: 28"
Waist to hem: 41"
Leg opening: 13.5"
Elastic at waist is in remarkable shape for the age and has very good give.
Zipper in the back middle.
