This is a handmade skirt and vest set. Very well made. There is no size label because it’s a homemade piece. It looks to be a small. Waist measures 13” flat lay or 26” around. Length of skirt is 36”. Zip and hook closure in the back. No stretch. Fabric appears to be cotton. Plenty of room in the hips due to all the gathering and pleats in the skirt.
Vest measures 18” from armpit to armpit and is 19” in length from shoulder to hem.
This is in great condition. Good color. Fun Frosty the snowman theme.
