Hello! This is a 1990's Vintage 9 1/4" Skipper Type DOLL of the Little Mermaid character COOL TEEN SHELLY made by TYCO
She is African American with black hair and a blue streak...wearing a Bikini Top and Skirt with Tail Fins (only)
CONDITION NOTES:
The hair has some brushwear/dryness, but is still thick and long
This is a USED item that shows some wear from handling/play, but is still in presentable condition
