Vintage 1960s Rogers 5-Piece Drum Set Black Onyx Pearl
With Extra Matching Slingerland Tom
All original hardware
With Rogers Hi-Hat Stand
Second Owner Since 1969
It is in excellent condition except for a few small areas of corrosion on some of the hardware (A good polishing should take care of much of it.) The snare drum is an all-metal Rogers. The hi-hat stand is Rogers, and there is an original Rogers head on the floor tom. I play with an open bass-drum, but I have the front head and all the hardware. The bass-drum foot pedal is not Rogers (it's a beat-up old Slingerland). The original kit did not have double toms, so I installed the middle tom--a closely matching Slingerland, making this a unique 5-drum set. I have the original hardware if you want to go back to one middle tom. I will throw in the hi-hat cymbals and the other two cymbals and stands pictured.
