Description

For sale is a Tori Amos Atlantic Records Promotional Poster 24" x 36" Cindy Palmano's Photo Shoot-1990s.
Tried my hardest, but I cannot get rid of the glare in some of the photos, the poster Tori Amos image is a clear, crisp image.

I believe that this was taken from the very first photo shoot for Cindy and Tori in 1991.
Picture image in the poster and shown below (NOT INCLUDED) is from the promo photo for Atlantic Records which was distributed to different outlets.

Cindy Palmano is a British photographer.
She made photographs for Tori from her debut album Little Earthquakes in 1992 to Boys for Pele in 1996.
She also directed all of the four videos of Little Earthquakes and " Pretty Good Year" from Under the Pink.
Before working with Tori, she also made artwork for artists such as Black Sabbath or Pet Shop Boys in the late 80’s and fashion photographs for Vivienne Westwood and Kate Forbes.
Cindy Palmano met Tori through Elyse Taylor, who worked at East West in 1991 and suggested that the two women, who were the same age, work together.
The 1st video they shot was "Silent All These Years", which pictured Tori trapped in a wooden box.
The pictures of the video were also used as artwork for the Little Earthquakes booklet and the cover photograph for the album showed as well Tori in the same dressing outfit in the
wooden box with a tiny blue piano.
CONDITION:
I have had this poster for years.
FOR THE AVID COLLECTOR AND IS PRICED ACCORDINGLY.
Poster is in the fairly good condition shown, with imperfections shown better in the picture of the back of the poster.
(Fairly good defined: Good, but not great).
No tape marks or pin holes, borders are worn and damaged.
Is rippled and border edges are damaged from being rolled too tight and not stored in a tube.
Printed on regular poster paper and is black, therefore shows every little imperfections including creases.
Does have a thin long crease upper left hand corner area, corner is bent,  shown in photos.
Borders do not have tiny tears but appear to be on the verge.
Would look nice laminated to sponge board or just framed.
