Spectacular Vintage Charra Mariachi Women’s Suit Size S

This listing is for a Spectacular Vintage Charra Mariachi Women’s Suit Size S. This suit comes from Tucson, Arizona and should be considered as truly a historical garment.  It is 100% black wool with contrasting white soutache designs throughout.  The jacket has shoulder pads and is lined, and has those great bullet shaped vintage buttons as well as 4 slit pockets.  The skirt is unlined and has a buttonhole and 6" vintage metal zipper closure (zipper works perfectly).  There are a couple of tiny moth nibbles in the skirt, and there is one minor repair that was done to the front of the skirt which I have included a picture.  This repair and the moth nibbles are not seen when worn because it blends in with the black wool material.  I originally purchased this outfit just for the charra jacket to wear with black jeans and boots as a great Western or Gaucho look. However, this outfit should never be separated as it is a piece of Tucson history.
Now that I am retired, I have no occasion to wear it anymore.  So, I hope someone will wear it and cherish it.  This suit is in excellent condition.
