    It is metal and is 9 1/2" from bottom to top of comb
    and 6" across the bottom.
    It has never been used as a watering can.
    I had it as decor on top of my kitchen cabinet.
    It can be used a pitcher or vase to put flowers in.
    I can pretty much guarantee no one else
    has one of these.
