Here we have a
RARE Antique J. WYKE, Boston, MA Machinist SCREW CUTTING GAGE (Gauge) Pat. 9/11/1883
.  John Wyke of Boston Mass. received Pat. No. 284,702 on Sept. 112, 1883 for his "Screw Cutting Gage.  This is a
rare complete gage with both the small and large adjustable pointers !!
The pointers are attached with brass knurled thumbscrews.  The main body of the gage is stamped with the maker info.  Nice clean gage with minor marks here and there.  Very good clear graduations.
An Excellent example to add to your Machinist Collection !!  Or put it to use !!
