Shipping is FREE to the contiguous United States.
We ship ground freight. Products are shipped assembled, on a pallet and weigh in excess of 200 lbs. Orders are shipped from Los Angeles, CA.
Orders ship within 24 hours after an order is received (Monday-Friday).
Customers will receive shipping confirmation with tracking, once the order has shipped.
The carrier will reach out to schedule an appointment for delivery. An adult must be on-site to sign for the delivery.
* Shipped orders will be left in the driveway or garage, depending on accessibility. Please discuss with the carrier when they call to schedule delivery. We do not offer white-glove installation or inside the home delivery outside of Los Angeles, CA.
