The PFP11-106 has a chartreuse blade with white glow tape on top and embossed silver tape on the bottom. It features a built-in water activated light which turns on when it contacts the water, and turns off when dry.  It’s unique circuits flash red, white and green on both sides of the flasher. The sealed battery lasts 80 hours or more and then the light can be easily replaced. The diagonal kicker fin on the back gives this flasher a lot more action particularly at slow speeds. The electronic EChip adds another big fish catching advantage. The flasher can be run as slow as 1 mph with outstanding action and is easily rigged with long or short leaders on downriggers, drop releases or dipsies. The spin, tail kick and E-Chip are a deadly combination. With every kick, the E-Chip produces tiny electric nerve type pulses. The narrow tapered end is the front. It works best with small lures or hoochies tied 18-20 inches behind the flasher.
