Condition:
Both have been cleaned and are ready to use. No mounting bolts. Some fading from the sun. One cover plate has some cracks in the middle over the drag nut. Looks like somebody tightened down the cover with the drag nut not fully installed. The cracks don't affect anything and you can't see them with the base plate installed.
