    Description

    PENN cover for the swivel-matic bases. This cover is slightly used but in great condition as you can see on the picture.
    This cover is not only for looks, it also acts as a spacer... If your swivel base is missing this cover - the standard mounting bolts (that are used to attach mounting plate)  will extend and bite into Teflon ring damaging the drag system of the swivel base.
