Matching pair.  Approximately 24" boom.  Wire included on both.  Very light use--been stored for years.  Bid includes both down-riggers as shown in the pictures.  Does not include the block that they bolt down onto.  Does include Manual (Installation--Maintenance--Parts).  Will remove booms for shipping (one bolt to reattach).
