Material:  Resin or similiar.  Has a metal eye (from hook and eye) for hanging.
Features:   The following Intricate Cast From Mold For Carving Bird Similiar to Hawk or Eagle is quite intricate.  The mold gives great detail including eye-lids and surrounding area.  Great device to assist a wood carver in carving these particular birds.  My first thought is that this cast is of a hawk, possibly a young eagle with their eyes open.  The pictures show the detail better than I can explain it.
Size:   2.75 inches-  (7 cm) tip of beak to end of cast.  The head at largest point is 8 inches (20.25 cm) in circumference.
Age: Probably from the 1980s since some of the items I purchased at this auction house came from that time.
Condition:   Condition is subjective but item is used, probably displayed.  Surface rubs or scratches. The light brown residue comes off.  There is a divot from an air bubble in the eye-lid and brow, which occurred during the process of creating this mold.  Used or maybe displayed for awhile.  I may not have caught everything so please rely on pictures as part of description.  Please see photographs and or or video and ask prior to bidding any questions you may have regarding this item.
