Brand new never been used- please note that this mug was a little dusty and cleaned with an alcohol wipe- that's why the mug appears wet in the picture.
There are some nicks in the graphic of the dog and very tiny pinpoint nicks in the letters and the heart please see pictures. The scratches and lines on letters , heart and dog can only be seen when looked at carefully.
It appears that there are some manufacturing defects on the mug- there appears to be very tiny dark spots here and there. Some of these were captured in the pictures. in the pictures. Please see the last pictures. The dots can only be seen if looked at carefully.
Also some slight wear on the bottom of the mug rim
