• No assembly needed but it is tedious to unpack from the box, plan on getting some help or carefully cut the box open.
• I have two of these and do not need the second one
• I really like mine. I have a good place to put it and it is working out fine for me. It is great for older people that just need to get some daily exercise on a regular basis.
• I suggest you also have a good place for it already in mind with the measurements provided where it can stay in place. You can stand it against the wall, that is pretty easy to do but be aware of animals and children, if you do.  It can go under a bed but you need at least 10 inches clearance. If you do this, I hope you are an able bodied to bring it in and out .
•  Probably won't want to roll it around to store it because it isn't easy to maneuver if you are a senior citizen in my opinion. I can do it it but it seems heavy to me.
