Photos are of the exact item you will receive.  All items are sold as is.  As with any brand new or deboxed item, it is possible to have manufacturing or packaging flaws.  I will note them on deboxed items. Boxed items are sold for the intent of staying in the box as collectors items.  It is also possible for items  NRFB to become loose in the box from shipping and being rattled.  Tiny rubber bands used to secure items from manufacturer are commonly broken during transit.
If item is deboxed and there is damage such as color transfer from clothing or packaging, or if the product has electronic or mechanical parts that no longer work I will not refund.  NRFB items are to remain NRFB.
In the event of a return, Buyer is responsible for shipping

ways.  If a refund has to be issued, it will be less all shipping expenses incurred both ways.  Any return must go through Ebay's return process, no exceptions!  I will not do a partial refund.   Also, I will not process a return not going through Ebay procedures.  If item was sent to you insured through Fed Ex or Priority Mail and item was damaged during transit, the proper return/insurance claim procedure must be followed, cooperation from buyer is required.  Buyer is to submit to all requests necessary to the claim process.  No exceptions.  Failure to do so will result in return claim being invalidated.
ANY REQUEST FOR RETURN MUST BE MADE WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF ITEM.   (DISREGARD THE EBAY 30 DAY OPTION AS THERE WAS NO WAY TO CHANGE THE FIELD TO 5 DAYS)
Due to the high number of non paying buyers, auto assistant is turned on.  PAYMENT IS REQUIRED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF LISTING'S END.   If payment can not or will not be made within 48 hours, please do not bid!!!  Communication is key.  If there is an unforeseen problem, PLEASE COMMUNICATE WITH ME so we all can move on quickly.  I WILL NOT CANCEL SALES!!  IF YOU CAN RUN UP AN AUCTION AND BID THE LAST SECOND THERE IS NO EXCUSE--YES, I'VE HEARD THEM ALL!   ALL NON PAYERS WILL BE REPORTED TO EBAY!   I apologize if my terms sound harsh, but it is what it is....Sellers are expected to hold up their end of the deal just as buyers are expected to pay for their product.  It's not too much to ask....
I will gladly combine shipping.  If you wish to purchase more than one item and are using the cart feature, please message me if it is not working.  There seems to be a glitch at times where combined shipping is not allowed.  I do not know how to correct this.  Shipping is usually done within 24 hours of payment, unless on a Friday, then it will have to wait until Monday.
I DO NOT SHIP MY DOLLS IN POLY BAGS.  THEY WILL BE SHIPPED IN A BOX TO ASSURE THEY ARE IN PERFECT CONDITION WHEN THEY ARRIVE.
