    This is a fabulous, sumptuous blend of blues, green in a soft, silk fabric.  This is not a flimsy silk and NOT semi-sheer.  The skirt buttons close and than you wrap and tie it. The skirt is marked a size 8 and the top is marked a small.  Condition is excellent with no issues.
