    Found these never worn HEAVY sweat/hunting pants at the bottom of the outdoors barrel.  Elastic perfect - no sign of wear - no rubbing - nothing.  There's elastic at the bottom of the pant leg  - not draw string tho - PolyCotton Blend
    MADE IN USA!!
    Measurements:
    Inseam: 32" to bottom of elastic (these are not open bottomed)
    waist flat - unstretched - 11" (22" circumference unstretched)
    Waist flat - stretched 20.5 - with wide elastic. (Generous 40" stretched completely.)
    Drawstring closure
    Nice Vintage item - don't think he ever wore it.  (There was a transition zone from Medium to Large - and think this just missed being used.
