Shipping is determined by the seller, not the buyer. We fluctuate between FedEx and USPS Priority based on size an price. We get items to customers fast than most could imagine. Just because you pick a method
doesn't mean we are going to send it that way.
All item undergo video and photo session after purchase, before sending to customer. Items are also given unique markings for verification. I will not issue discounts for false claims, but you will be sending the item back to compare to video and photos taken before shipment.
Please look carefully at the pictures and item descriptions. Equipment not working correctly will always be returnable, unless listing identified possible issues.. Though I accept returns, those based on a
person no longer wanting the item, or had a change of heart, ordered the
wrong item, or because it's s no longer your preferred item, I will apply a 20% fee from the original price of purchase.

Open Box- An item has possibly been returned by a customer but likely to be in good working order. These faucets
usually incur blemishes or minimal damage during this process. Which is why such expensive items become more
affordable. Many if the people you purchase from withhold this information until you receive an item that is questionable. I only seek to be upfront about the item so the consumer can make an informed decision.
I will do my very best to disclose flaws for each item and identify them in imaging. It is your responsibility to ask
further questions and to look at the pictures provided. And you are absolutely welcome to ask for further information.
Often times I will send the item in its original factory box after stuffing it with protective paper. When possible it saves money for the shipping, which is typically paid by the customer because of the discounto n items.
These items, by their nature, typically have flaws. That's why you are saving money versus the price of brand new. If you think you are getting a flawless, brand new faucet, you are missing the entire logic. You are always welcome to go to a merchant and pays hundreds more. If you want a beautiful item at a much more realistic price you can inquire about my items.
Unless otherwise stated, these items should all be expected to have flaws of one sort or another. That's why I say to "look at the images." You should never expect an item that is brand-new unless you're buying from the manufacturer. Mechanically malfunctions are nearly the only acceptable cause of refund that won't be billed to the customer.
