    This mint in the box  Model NO.SB-3  "
    Downrigger Swivel Base"
    was made by Bert's Custom Tackle of Taylor, Michigan. It was in it's original marketing shipping box and taken out to photograph.  It was from new old stock from a Lake St. Clair, Michigan tackle shop which went out of bussiness in 1995. The condition is excellent plus. The winning bidder pays for quality packaging and USPS  stander shipping.
