Condition:
Brand New.  I bought this from a Gentleman who ended-up not using it.  He bought it some years ago.  Although Brand New - the
outside packaging is a bit dirty in spots
(the guy bought it and placed it in a box in his garage for the last several years), and has a few puncture holes in the plastic.
