Amazing! Large, Carved Wood Vintage Photo Album - Great Dane Dog - 1950s

Here is a beautiful circa 1950s, carved wood photo album, with raised design on its front and back cover, and featuring a wonderful dog head in profile! Looks like a Great Dane!
Large! When closed, the dimensions are 15" x 12" x 2.25", and 30" when opened. The album is empty and ready for use.. or just to display as-is as a piece kitschy, mid-century vintage folk art!
The spine has holes in it, which were used to thread cloth string or chain through the binding and into the album pages, which would hold them in place.
Very good vintage condition, as shown.
