    70's Vintage Captive Fashions maxi skirt blouse set RARE & AMAZING. Top feels lke 100% cotton skirt is velvet & underskirt feels like cotton.  EUC no holes, tears or stains only issues are slight discoloration under armpits from wear and elastic on sleeve cuffs have lost their elasticity due to age.  Absolutely amazing find.  Top could be used with other pieces of your wardrobe. measurements flat without pull are skirt waist 13"  length 41" (includes bottom of lining lace)  top chest 17"  length 25.5"  sleeve 24"
